You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Rooms must be vacated by 10am. You can then leave your belongings in the luggage room and enjoy Marseille or our common areas.

You have access to 2 kitchens equipped with fridges, electric hobs, kettles and microwaves, as well as relaxation areas with sofas, board games and books that we make available to our guests. You can also enjoy the sunshine in our inner courtyard, without disturbing our neighbors after 10pm! 🙂

Bed linen is provided. Towels can be rented for 2e and a continental all-you-can-eat breakfast for 6e.We lend you padlocks with a deposit of 5e which you can use with the lockers in the rooms. We provide free earplugs and washing powder. We have coin-operated washing machines and dryers.

Yes, Vertigo Hostel is accessible for guests with disabilities.
We have one adapted 4-bed dormitory and one adapted 16-bed dormitory.

Check-in can be completed directly in the courtyard of the property to facilitate easier access.

However, due to the location of Vertigo Hostel in the historic city center of Marseille, access may be more challenging for wheelchair users. The sidewalks in the neighborhood are narrow and not always fully adapted. We therefore recommend arriving by car to make access easier.
